Gravis

 
 
  Gravis was a Umax-sublicensee that sold Tanzania, Alchemy, and Tsunami-based MacOS-Compatibles in Germany from November 1996 to July 1998. Gravis sold off existing inventories of MacOS-Compatibles, and as of July 31, 1998, and returned to simply selling Macintosh peripherals and accessories.
 


Gravis Gravision 200

 
The Gravis Gravision 180 TT, based on the Tsunami architecture, features a 180 MHz PowerPC 604e processor, 32 MB of RAM, a 2.0 GB hard drive, and a 2 MB IMS Twin Turbo video card in an industry-standard tower case. The Gravision 180 TT is identical to the SuperMac S900/180, and likewise, can be upgraded to dual processors. This model was sold only in Germany.

Gravis Gravision Four 200

The Gravis Gravision Four 200, based on the Tanzania architecture co-developed by Apple and Motorola, features a 200 MHz PowerPC 604e processor, 32 MB of RAM, a 2.5 GB hard drive, and a 4 MB ATI video card in an industry-standard tower case. In addition to the standard configuration, there was another version called the Four 200ze, which came with a Zip drive and 10Base-T ethernet. Both configurations of this model were sold only in Germany.
