  PowerComputing, one of the largest and best known MacOS-Compatible companies, sold Cold Fusion, Catalyst, Tsunami, and Alchemy-based MacOS systems worldwide from April 1995 to December 1997.
 


PowerComputing Power 100

 
The PowerComputing Power 100, based on the Cold Fusion architecture, features a 100 MHz PowerPC 601 processor, 8 MB or 16 MB of RAM, and a 365 MB, 850 MB, or a 1.0 GB hard drive in an industry standard desktop or tower case. Custom configurations were also available.

PowerComputing PowerWave 604/150
The PowerComputing PowerWave 604/150, based on the Tsunami architecture, features a 150 MHz PowerPC 604 processor, 16 MB or 32 MB of RAM, a 1.0 GB hard drive, and a 4 MB ATI Xclaim GA video card in an industry-standard tower case. The PowerWave series is PCI based, but due to PowerComputing's unique Stargate technology, the computer can accommodate either 3 PCI cards or 2 PCI and 2 NuBus cards.

PowerComputing PowerTower Pro 225MP
The PowerComputing PowerTower Pro 225 MP, based on the Tsunami architecture, features dual 225 MHz PowerPC 604e processors, 32 MB of RAM, a 2.0 GB hard drive, and an 8 MB IMS 128-bit video card in an industry-standard tower case.
 

PowerComputing PowerBase 240
The PowerComputing PowerBase 240, based on the Alchemy architecture, features a 240 MHz PowerPC 603e processor, 16 MB of RAM, and a 1.2 GB or 2.0 GB hard drive in an industry standard desktop or tower case. Custom configurations of this model were also available.
